Banana Cake

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
mix togehter in a electric mixer

2 bananas - mashed
1 cup meltet butter
8 tablespoons milk - you can add more tablespoons with milk if needed
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups wheat flour

Combine it all with the egg mixture.

Position a rack in the bottom of the oven and preheat to 175-200 degrees (this is not degrees F !)
Bake it for about 45 minutes. In a small, flat form. My cake is about 20 x 28 cm.

When the cake is chilled you can have chocolate glaze on. Here is one recipe:

200 gram icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
4 tablespoons coffee
4 tablepoons meltet butter

Combine it all and have it on the cake. Enjoy! 
If you want to make it easyer just add some icing sugar on the top of the cake.
